Refactor test/integration/test_sampler_v2 with focus on subtest removal (#3462)

### Summary

Refactors of different sorts to `test_sampler_v2`, aiming at avoiding
using subtests:
* remove the `run_configured_sampler_implementations` decorator. While a
good approximation for parity at the beginning of the client-side
primitives cycle, we never enabled the environment variables that make
it work for dual implementations in CI - and it is cannot be used
alongside existing decorators in its current form.
* split some of the tests into several tests, where asserts or the
preparation was not easily capture by a decorator
* bubble subtests into a decorator
* other tweaks and revisions

### Details and comments

Job count should stay the same, session count is increased. Arguably
there is no need to use sessions in most of this tests: I preserved them
for minimizing the amount of changes (if that is such a thing given the
lines changed), and counting on a review more focused on the content in
the future.

With this PR, `test/integration` no longer has subtests.
