* CSE snapshot adapter: draw lists that only the stash holds

A closure on the stash was already put into its defining frame's heap, so
getUnreferencedObjects() draws it as an unbound arrow; a list on the stash
was not, so it was not drawn at all. Lists now go into their frame's heap
(metadata.envId) too. In the e-stepper this shows e.g. length(llist(1, 2, 3))'s
argument before the call binds it (with py-slang#522, which puts the program's
values on the stash).

A list on the stash may hold a list from another frame (e.g. [f()]); each is
now put into its own environment's heap, recursively, guarding against lists
that contain themselves (Codex review on #4427).
