Migrate lint toolchain to ESLint 10 (#39)

ESLint 8 is end-of-life, and eslint-config-google is archived and
doesn't work with ESLint 10. The new eslint.config.js combines the
@eslint/js recommended rules with the @stylistic customize() preset
(semicolons, 1tbs braces, parenthesized arrow parameters), keeps
eslint-plugin-html for the editor scripts in nodes/*.html, limits lines
to 120 characters and keeps ||, && and + at the end of wrapped lines.
The unused import, n and promise plugins are removed.

The code is reformatted once with eslint --fix. Findings of the
recommended rules are cleaned up without behavior change: unused
parameters, needless initial values, a declaration in a case block,
Object.hasOwn, catch without a binding, and obsolete no-invalid-this
suppressions.

engines.node is now ^20.19.0 || >=22.9.0. uuid 14 is an ES module that
require() only loads from Node.js 20.19 and 22.12, and 22.9 matches the
minimum of Node-RED 5. eslint.config.js, openspec/ and .claude/ are
kept out of the npm package.

Includes the OpenSpec change migrate-eslint-10.
