[INTERNAL] Pin esmock to 2.7.6 (#811)

esmock 2.7.7 takes a module.register fallback that imports
src/esmockLoader.deprecated.js, but that file is not shipped in the
published package. On Node.js < 22.15 (no module.registerHooks) this
fails every esmock-based test with ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND.

The integration test runs on Node.js 20 and installs without a committed
lockfile, so it floated from 2.7.6 to the broken 2.7.7. Pin to the exact
2.7.6, whose fallback references the shipped esmockLoader.js.
