e-stepper: each step carries its store as a CSE machine snapshot (#514)

* e-stepper: each step carries its store as a CSE machine snapshot

So the host can draw the environments with its CSE machine visualization
(source-academy/plugins#132). Made with the CSE machine plugin's own
serializeEnvChain, from the frames under evaluation and the values in the
program; control and stash are empty.

* e-stepper: survive self-referential lists; name objects in CSE snapshots

The CSE machine plugin's serializeValue and formatValue recursed into list
elements without a cycle check, so a list that contains itself (xs[0] = xs)
overflowed the stack: in every e-stepper step's snapshot (Codex review on
#514), and in the CSE Machine tab's snapshots. A recurring list is now
formatted as [...] (as CPython's repr) and serialized as a back reference
(same list id, no elements, backReference: true).

The e-stepper's snapshots also carry its labels (#3) as the values' objectId,
so a host drawing them can link its diagram's hover to the program pane.
