feat(graphql-client)!: append Move view call arguments and take the function by package, module and name (#1353)

* feat(iota-sdk-transaction-builder): add a MoveViewCallBuilder

Assembling a Move `#[view]` call meant passing the whole argument list in one
expression and stringifying the function name and type arguments by hand. Add a
MoveViewCallBuilder that takes arguments one at a time or in bulk and derives
the type arguments from a Rust generic.

The builder executes through a MoveViewCallClient trait rather than a concrete
client, so it lives here rather than in the GraphQL crate and works with any
transport that can reach a view endpoint. The trait returns the return values
directly and reports a refused view function through the client's own error
type, so no result wrapper crosses the boundary.

Expose the Move view call builder over FFI as the same pair the transaction
builder uses: a clientless builder that assembles the call and reports its wire
form, and a client-bound one that executes it. GraphQLClient implements
MoveViewCallClient, so a call can also be started straight from the client.

Arguments arrive either as the existing MoveViewArg values or as raw JSON, and
that argument type moves next to the builder, mirroring where it now lives on
the Rust side; the GraphQL call API keeps using it.

Executing through an Arc'd client needs MoveViewCallClient on Arc<T>, which the
trait was missing.
