Fix daemon metadata test: use echo with newline

`echo -n hello` suppresses the trailing newline, so the daemon buffers
the output but never flushes it to the logger (only newline-delimited
lines are emitted). The test was checking metadata behavior, not `-n`
behavior, so drop the flag and update the muontrap_args assertion.
