Added support for filterable property metadata

The ‘DescribablePropertyTrait::filterPropertyMetadata()’ can be overrided in your model in order to parse metadata before its applied to the PropertyInterface object. Useful for models that might need to render dynamic values defined in the metadata, such as collection filters.

Changes in ’DescribablePropertyTrait’:
- Split ‘property()’;
- Moved property creation from ‘property()’ to ‘createProperty()’;
- Added ‘filterPropertyMetadata()’ used by ‘createProperty()’;
