ci: run the full integration suite on macOS and Linux with swift test (#1462)

* ci: spike macOS integration tests on the CLI's experimental native stack

* ci: skip RealtimeIntegrationTests in the macOS spike job, matching Linux

* test(realtime): fix hanging postgres_changes and presence integration tests

The tests created their streams inside `Task {}`. Under `withMainSerialExecutor`
that task ran after `subscribeWithError()` had already sent `phx_join`, so the
join carried no `postgres_changes` config and the server never sent the
"Subscribed to PostgreSQL" system message.

`withTimeout { await task.value }` could not fire either: awaiting an
unstructured task's value ignores cancellation, so the task group waited
forever.

Create every stream before subscribing and consume it directly inside
`withTimeout`. Bound the system-message waits, and add a suite time limit
because `subscribeWithError()` times out on the never-advancing `TestClock`.

Keep the suite off Linux: the official Swift images' libcurl has no
WebSocket support, so the client never connects.

* ci: run RealtimeIntegrationTests in the macOS integration job

The suite's hangs were a test bug, fixed in the previous commit.

* ci: make the macOS integration job blocking

It runs the full suite (178 tests in 18 suites, plus the secure email change
test) and passed on CI, so a failure there should now fail the run. Linux
still compiles out RealtimeIntegrationTests, because the Swift images' libcurl
has no WebSocket support, and MemoryProbeIntegrationTests, which is
Darwin-only.

* ci: run macOS and Linux integration tests in one matrix job with swift test

The macOS job used xcodebuild because swift-snapshot-testing records attachments
through Swift Testing's cross-import overlays, which SwiftPM does not enable.
Pass -enable-cross-import-overlays and target macOS 14 (the overlays' minimum),
so both platforms run the same swift test commands.

One `integration-tests` job also puts macOS u... (continued)
