* Let the installer take a bare major for that major's newest release

curl -sSL install.astronomer.io | sudo bash -s -- v2 now installs the
newest v2 release, pre-releases included, so testers get one stable command
instead of a new URL per nightly. The tag lookup also matches tag_name
lines only, so a release body quoting a version cannot answer, and reads
100 releases instead of 30, so a quiet major stays in reach behind daily
nightlies. Installs with no tag, or with an exact tag, are unchanged.

An exact tag now comes from the releases/tags endpoint, so any release
installs however old, a tag that does not exist fails instead of
prefix-matching another (v2.0.0 found the nightly), and the lookup reads
one release rather than a page. A bare major takes that major's newest
stable release, or its newest pre-release while it has none, so v1 stays
on 1.46.0 and v2 moves to 2.0.0 at GA; a release counts only once its
checksums are uploaded, so a nightly still publishing is passed over.
A rate-limited API answer says so instead of "unable to find",
GITHUB_TOKEN is used when set, and 2 is read as v2.
