Show the webhook's avatar for webhook replies in the thread bar (#297)

* Show the webhook's avatar for webhook replies in the thread bar

Channel webhook replies are authored by the "webhook" sentinel, which is
not a user, so the thread bar's user lookup failed and showed "?". The
sentinel is now never looked up: it shows the webhook root's name and
avatar, or a generic "Webhook" when those aren't available.
