Reverse translation plan: a refusal offers the reverse lookup instead of a helper taking over

The third review found its defects in the same two places as the second: the
helper that asked the model whether a refused word is a target-language word
and took the entry over, and the entry's word changing after it is accepted.
The operator replaced the helper with a one-tap offer on a refused open-letter
typed word, which removes the parallel call, the attempt loop and the hold on
the paid typo correction (and with it a race that threw away a bought answer),
and cards a source misspelling such as кашка as its correction. The plan also
keeps the other equivalents across a rebuild and a switch, keeps `?` on the
offer's tap, and checks steps 4-6 against the bench before they are built.
