Fix test_getmainfiles: create the categories config

Dms files are categorized (iconifiedcategory behavior): without the
categories config, adding a file raised "Categories config cannot be
found", on master (Plone 4.3) too. The categories vocabulary creates it,
as when a file is added through the form.
