Add tests for crypto algorithm helpers (#6841)

* Add tests for crypto algorithms functions

Add unit tests for TypeFromString and NewFromType to ensure proper parsing and instantiation of encryption algorithms. This increases test coverage in the internal/crypto/algorithms module.

Fixes an oversight where the algorithm helper functions were untested.

* Fix lint errors in crypto algorithm tests

Remove unnecessary type assertion that triggers S1040 (type assertion to the same interface is unnecessary) and capture loop variables for parallel tests to satisfy paralleltest linter.

* Remove unused TypeFromString function

This addresses maintainer feedback to remove TypeFromString as it is unused, rather than adding tests for dead code.

* Fix formatting

Remove extra blank lines left after removing TypeFromString to satisfy linter.

* Remove redundant loop variable capture

Fixes copyloopvar linter warning for go 1.22+
