Make the viewlet tests independent of the catalog rid order

Documents with the same (or no) title tie on sortable_title, so their
order follows the catalog rids, which ZCatalog randomizes every 4000 ids:
test_window and test_context_not_in_results failed now and then (CI
test 6.1, ~1% locally). Give them titles that sort as they are created.
