fix(server): FrontThreadEngine.shutdown ends although a thread never does

shutdown() waited for the exit event of every front and session worker.
A thread blocked in native code (a synchronous child process, for one)
ignores worker.terminate() too, so the 5 s fallback never resolved and
shutdown() hung forever. Each thread now gets 5 s after stop, then
terminate() and 2 s more; one still alive is logged by name, unref'ed and
left behind. Node still waits for such a thread when the process exits.
