Append nullable properties in the mapped appender without boxing

A nullable property went through the same pattern switch as every other
value, and testing a nullable against a type boxes it: three times per
value on .NET 8, once on .NET 10. It now goes straight to its AppendValue
overload, which takes a nullable anyway.
