* Fix reminders on thread replies and dropped reminder alerts

Reminders on thread replies now open the reply inside its thread, from the
alert, the mobile push and the Activity page. Reminder alerts get their own
identity, so they are no longer dropped as duplicates of an earlier alert
for the same message.

* Add unread handling: mark as unread, unread sidebar view, new-messages line

Messages and thread replies can be marked unread and stay unread until the
chat is left. An open chat keeps a "New messages" line where the user left
off and only auto-reads at the bottom, with a banner or pill pointing to
what is unread. The sidebar gets an optional Unread section and an
unread-only filter; adding a category shows a creating state without
shifting the list.

* Show sent messages instantly, unread thread dots, fix missing and stray alerts

- Messages appear as soon as you send them (greyed until confirmed); a failed send keeps its text with Try again / Delete.
- Messages no longer go missing: membership changes reach every server instance, and a chat opened from a link offers a jump to new messages.
- Channels and DMs with unread thread replies show a dot; the reply bar says "New replies".
- No more alerts from chats you have left: reminders and agent standing orders check access.
- Tidier message rows: balanced avatar column, centred "New messages" line.

* Scheduled messages: compose now, send at a chosen time

Send later from the ⌄ beside Send; edit, send now or delete under Drafts → Scheduled. Stored in DynamoDB and sent exactly once at the chosen time, with normal notifications.

* Show a loading state when opening a chat on a slow connection

A channel opened before it had loaded showed a blank "No messages yet" view. It now shows the name, skeletons and a slim progress bar, and fetches messages alongside the channel lookup.
