feat(stack): allow repeatable --stack-id in stack destroy (#6964) (#7000)

## TL;DR

lets `stack destroy` take `--stack-id` more than once, destroying every
listed stack after a single confirmation

## whats introduced?

every id resolves before the prompt, so a missing one destroys nothing
and a prefix plus the full id of one stack count once. a stack that
fails to destroy doesn't stop the rest, and the command still exits 1
with one error naming the failed ids and a retry command

 example:
```
$ supabase stack destroy --stack-id <a> --stack-id <b> --yes
Permanently destroying stack <a> at /work/app and its owned data; stack <b> at /work/app and its owned data. Storage upload files will be preserved.
Stack <a> destroyed.
Stack <b> destroyed.
```

> [!NOTE]
> a single id behaves exactly as before. with more than one `--stack-id`
json returns `stacks` and a partly failed batch emits one error envelope
carrying `destroyed_stacks`
