fix: handle method patterns in HandleFiles

HandleFiles prepended the mount prefix to the whole pattern, so
"GET /static/" on a mounted group built "/apiGET /static/" and panicked
at registration. On a root group it registered, but the method ended up
in the prefix passed to StripPrefix and every file returned 404.

Split the method off first and apply the prefix, the trailing slash and
StripPrefix to the path only.
