Migrate to Plone 6.2

- Plone 6.2 / Python 3.13 buildout and GitHub Actions; dependencies on
  their Plone 6 branches (compoundcriterion, collectionwidget, z3ctable,
  eea.facetednavigation) and releases.
- Single default profile with a bundle after eea's faceted.view bundle,
  uninstall profile; Plone 4 profiles and code removed (formlib portlet
  forms, IATFolder, portal_quickinstaller, dead two_tables.pt).
- Metadata fields vocabulary override registered under
  plone.app.vocabularies.MetadataFields (used by Plone 6 collections).
- eea.faceted.navigable behavior on Folder in the demo and testing
  profiles; pkgutil namespaces; test layers on the WSGI server.
