Merge #2571 (one shared function for computing and saving reports) into #2682

#2571 gives reports a single function that computes and saves them, shared by
`flexmeasures add report` and the reporting worker. #2682 generalises exactly
that to every kind of data generator, so #2571 is merged into #2682's branch
rather than into main: it counts as merged in its own right, and reaches main
with the generalisation.

No conflicts, and none hidden either: #2687 and #2645 landed on main since
#2571 last merged it, so the modules #2571 touches were run on the merged
result (CLI, automations, reporting service, reporter models and the report
trigger API: 204 passed).

#2571's changelog line stays as it is for now; #2682 consolidates it.
