Migrate to Plone 6.2

Plone 6.1 and 6.2 (Plone 4 dropped): buildout, GitHub Actions, plone.base
imports, pkgutil namespace. Dependencies: tooltipster, z3ctable and
eea.facetednavigation Plone 6 branches. collective.documentviewer is
optional (preview lost without it), collective.z3cform.select2 replaced by
plone.app.z3cform's Select2 widget, FontAwesome by Bootstrap icons. One
mechanism for the category icon CSS (@@collective-iconifiedcategory.css
bundle). Fixes the Plone 6 regressions pinned by the tests.
