openipmblink: claim the bus before setting the address

open() set the address on the bus before it added the listener of the
bus. If the bus was already used by another interface, adding the
listener failed, but the address of the other interface had already
been changed on the bridge.

Add the listener first and set the address after, remove the listener
again if setting the address fails.
