Migrate to Plone 6.2

Plone 6.1 + 6.2 buildout (test-6.2.cfg, checkouts.cfg with
collective.js.datatables master, code-analysis), GitHub Actions on 6.1 and
6.2, Plone 4.3 dropped. pkgutil namespaces without namespace_packages (6.2
native namespace eggs), Python 2 and Plone 4 code removed, black.
Fixes: @tree ordering with empty values, console scripts on Python 3,
serializer links permission (listing for non-Managers), plone.restapi
profile dependency. Widget source search tested on Plone 6.
