Migrate to Plone 6.2

Plone 6.2 / Python 3.13 buildout (test-6.2.cfg, Makefile, GitHub Actions),
Plone 4.3 files dropped; imio.history from its plone6-chris-adam branch;
pkgutil-style imio namespace. Python: six and Python 2 branches removed,
plone.base APIs, get_installer. Profiles: CSS/JS bundles, uninstall
profile, no skins (folder_position[_typeaware] are browser views) and no
upgrade steps. UI: jQuery Tools overlays ported to pat-plone-modal, icons
from @@iconresolver, CSRF token on AJAX writes; delete with comments now
deletes the element itself. Robot keywords for Plone 6 (ui_plone6.robot);
scenarios unchanged.
