Migrate to Plone 6.2

Plone 6.2 / Python 3.13 buildout (horse-with-no-namespace for the
pkg_resources namespaces) and GitHub Actions; Plone 4.3 config dropped.
eea.facetednavigation from its develop-chris-adam branch (faceted bundles
no longer loaded async). Single default profile with Plone 6 bundles for the
widget JS/CSS, uninstall profile, Plone 4 profiles and upgrade steps removed.
Widget JS binds the faceted INITIALIZE event at load time; heading lookup
works with Plone 6 markup. Behaviors by short names, safe_text, no six.
IWidgetDefaultValue adapter registered for IWidget (the `* * *` adapter broke
every ++add++ form). querybuilderresults override copied from
plone.app.querystring 3. Tests adapted to Plone 6 core differences.
