### Summary

Added text in README to encourage people to use the migration skill. I
put it right after installation since it's a short section, and I don't
want it buried after many code examples.

Also updated the import statements to point to the client-side
primitives.

Not part of this PR, but given the length of this README, I'd also
recommend
- Remove the entire `Session` section and point users to the [session
documentation](https://quantum.cloud.ibm.com/docs/guides/run-jobs-session),
especially since there's implication on cost
- Remove the entire `Instances` section and point users to the
[instances
documentation](https://quantum.cloud.ibm.com/docs/en/guides/instances),
again because there's implication on cost
