fix(signals): resolve a retained derived-store draft row under an optimistic chain (#3859) (#3876)

A writable derived store whose derive retains its own draft rows commits the
derive's draft wrapper (the #3767 alias) into its backing on a source
refresh. An optimistic store chained over it served that slot to its setter's
draft without resolving it to the inner store's proxy (the wrapper answers
$TARGET, so it passed for a proxy), creating a second row target: the
optimistic write was a guess on nodes no reader of the view's row tracked.

The chained-read guard in serveDataKey now resolves anything that is not a
real proxy, so the alias reaches resolveChainedRaw like a raw does.
