ipmitool: add the 'lan' command

Add 'lan print' to print the LAN configuration of a channel: IP address
source, IP address, subnet mask, MAC address, default gateway IP and
MAC and the 802.1q VLAN ID. Parameters the BMC does not support are
shown as 'not supported'.

Add 'lan set ipaddr', 'lan set ipsrc {static,dhcp}' and
'lan set vlan {<id>,off}' to set the configuration. The LAN channel is
optional, the first LAN channel is used if not given.
