- Labels follow UI5's label alignment: right-aligned beside the input,
  left when stacked
- The hint button no longer grows the label row
- The field description renders as its own item in the content column,
  so the input stays aligned with its label; this replaces the
  Name-only spacer and applies to every field with an inputInfo
- The presets row uses the same label and edge padding as other fields
- ResourceForm Label forwards the slot prop so it works as labelContent

* fix: let resource form shrink below its widest item

The UI5 Form lays its items out in a 1fr track, whose minimum is the
widest item's min-content. A Monaco editor (which writes its measured
pixel width onto its own elements) or a fixed-width dropdown therefore
kept every field, including the name input, from shrinking with the
form.

- The form column may shrink below an item's min-content, so an
  oversized child overflows only itself
- Monaco's host gets inline-size containment so its pixel width does
  not become the form's minimum
- The language dropdown caps at 300px instead of forcing it
- Fields outside a UI5 Form (dialogs) stay stacked: there is no
  responsive container, and fr tracks inflate a content-sized dialog

When labels stack below 600px:
