Add dimension source inference and project profile metadata

Allow runtime dimensions to reference configured intrinsic integer scalar
namelist properties. Resolve source references against loaded schemas and
infer explicitly assigned values before complete schema evaluation, using
caller overrides first and dimension defaults when sources are absent.
Preserve assignment ordering, null semantics, source locations, and scalar
constraints while rejecting nonpositive values and ambiguous source groups.

Add --dim-file to single-file validation for additional source context.
Parse the context file completely but evaluate only configured dimension
source properties; retain full validation of the target file and existing
file-profile requirements.

Add independently validated project profiles that retain named sets of file
profiles and optional display metadata. Keep generation based on configured
dimension defaults without project-wide validation or source restrictions.

Document both features, extend the file-profile example, and add a dimension
source example with regression tests for its documented CLI commands.
