feat: run doctests and notebook tests in CI (#116)

The `doctest` and `notebook` tox environments already existed but were never
invoked by any workflow, and no doctests existed to collect. This adds runnable
examples to the visualization module and wires both environments into the
latest-, minimum- and development-version test workflows.

The `pauli_filter` documentation is also corrected: a `str` or `Pauli` filter is
matched against each noise term reduced to its own non-identity support, so
"X" selects every single-qubit X term while a full-width "IXI" matches nothing.
The behavior is unchanged; only the phrasing was misleading.
