fix(manifests): check out the CRD manifests with LF line endings

TestPatchGeneratedManifests compares each checked-in CRD byte for byte against the output of Patch, which re-encodes the body with LF. On a checkout with core.autocrlf=true, the Git for Windows default, the files arrive as CRLF, so the comparison fails for all four CRDs and tells the contributor to run make manifests on manifests that are not stale.

Pin manifests/base/crds/*.yaml to eol=lf so the working tree matches what the generator writes on every platform.
