Add features to scripts (#3)

* now also deal with yaml, yml files, as well as metainfo instead of archive

* update uv.lock

* add metainfo.yml example

* fix yaml/yml handling

* add random unrelated field to the test

* add a check for m_def_id if it is present

* delete m_def_id during transformation for all basesections

* move delete_m_def_id rule from the transformation jsons to the create transformer code

* add extra checks before renaming any files

* now correctly transform entries using update to Transformer in nomad-lab gitlab MR 3268
