Move the command to cmd/ftv so go install produces ftv

go install names a binary after the last element of the module path when the
main package sits at the module root, so it produced FastTableViewer however
the other packaging paths were configured. A main package in a subdirectory is
named after that directory instead, which is the only way to get the right
name out of go install.

The install command gains the command path:

    go install github.com/codechenx/FastTableViewer/cmd/ftv@latest

The bare module path no longer has a main package and will not install.

This also removes a workaround rather than adding one: the snapcraft go plugin
runs `go install ./...` and cannot be told a binary name, so the snap carried
an organize mapping to rename FastTableViewer to ftv. It now gets ftv directly,
and the mapping is gone.

Tests reach fixtures as ../../data/test, since they run with the working
directory set to the package while data/test stays at the repository root.
The Makefile builds ./cmd/ftv and seds the version in cmd/ftv/ftv.go,
goreleaser points main at ./cmd/ftv, and the README install command is updated.

Verified: make build, go install ./cmd/ftv and the plugin's go install ./...
all produce ftv; a snapshot build puts ftv in the archive and /usr/bin/ftv in
the deb; tests, vet and gofmt pass.
