fix: keep inserted base elements as they are and patch regrown indices of array drafts (#190)

* fix: keep the identity of base elements that a recipe inserts into a moved array

* fix: generate patches for array indices that a length change exposes again

* test: compare native array methods with the proxy path over operation sequences

* docs: say that searches find base elements that the recipe assigned or inserted

* docs: note that patches restore elements when an array shrinks and grows again

* build: refresh the size baseline for the array identity and length patch fixes

* test: cover base elements inserted into a moved array inside unsafe()
