feat(sql): add SQL query support with the wasm-dbms-sql crate (#169)

The new wasm-dbms-sql crate parses SQL, binds it to a schema and runs it on a DbmsContext through SqlEngine. It supports SELECT with joins, DISTINCT, aggregate functions, GROUP BY, HAVING, ORDER BY, LIMIT and OFFSET; INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE, where UPDATE and DELETE require a WHERE clause and DELETE takes an optional CASCADE or RESTRICT; BEGIN, COMMIT and ROLLBACK with one transaction per caller; and positional ? parameters. Literals and parameters are converted to the type of the column they are used with.

SqlResult and SqlError live in wasm-dbms-api behind the new sql feature, which wasm-dbms forwards. DatabaseSchema gains static_table_name so that a table can be written to by a borrowed name; the derive implements it.

The parser is covered by 300 fixture cases under tests/fixtures/parser. The dialect is documented in docs/reference/sql.md and docs/guides/sql.md, and the SQL examples, the grammar and the reserved-word list of those pages are checked by tests.
