GD readers : Fixed known limitations (#11)

- Added dashed pens (styles & PS_USERSTYLE) & hatched brushes
- Added pattern brushes (tiled patterns, instead of their average color)
- Added raster operations (ROP3) for bitmaps & PatBlt
- Added compressed bitmaps (BI_RLE4 & BI_RLE8)
- Added the conversion of the Symbol font to Unicode
- Added the color of the background (setBackgroundColor), which may be transparent
- WMF : Added support for WMF files without placeable header (size defined by the window)
- WMF : Added META_INVERTREGION
- EMF : Added the vertical advances of texts (ETO_PDY)
- EMF+ : Added the wrapping of texts (NoWrap & NoClip flags)
- EMF+ : Added compound lines
- EMF+ : Added the surrounding colors of path gradients
- EMF+ : Embedded WMF files without placeable header are drawn
- Updated the known limitations & the changelog
