chore: rename the app id to org.thebleedingdeacons.intergroup.register (#63)

* chore: Android ApplicationId matches the package tablets and Play know

The manifest's package attribute is what every APK has shipped as
(org.aa_bristol...register), while ApplicationId said com.thebleedingdeacons...
for every head. Google Play pins the package of the first bundle for good, so
the Android head now says what it actually is. Built package unchanged; the
Windows head keeps its appxmanifest identity.

* chore: rename the Android package to org.thebleedingdeacons.intergroup.register

Manifest package and ApplicationId both, before the first Google Play upload
pins it. A new package is a new app: org.aa_bristol builds do not upgrade to it.
The Windows head keeps its appxmanifest identity.

* chore: Windows identity matches the Android package

Package.appxmanifest Identity Name becomes org.thebleedingdeacons.intergroup.register,
so both heads are the same app id. A packaged Windows install under the old
identity is a different app and starts fresh.
