* Add tests for db adapters

Add unit tests for database adapter mappers to ensure status conversions work as intended. This increases test coverage in the internal/adapters/db module.

* Address review comments on db adapter tests

This commit addresses the review feedback by adding comprehensive bidirectional mapping tests for RemediationStatus and AlertStatus. It also removes unnecessary variable copying in test loops and optimizes switch statements in errors.go.
