* feat: add TailRec to effect, context/readerreaderioresult and readerreaderioeither

Adds stack-safe tail recursion to Effect and the monads it builds on.
The context aware variants check for cancellation before each step.

* test: run TestRetryHttp against a local server

The test relied on jsonplaceholder1..4.typicode.com not resolving.
jsonplaceholder3.typicode.com now resolves and returns HTTP 530, so the
retry stopped and the test failed. Unresolvable hosts are now simulated
for the reserved .invalid TLD and the final request goes to an
httptest server.

Same fix as for v2: jsonplaceholder3.typicode.com now resolves, which
broke the test. This is a test-only change to v1 to keep its CI green.

Introduce a three-level comparability classification (notComparable,
interfaceComparable, strictlyComparable) to replace the previous
boolean isComparable flag.

Key changes:

* cli/lens.go
  - Add IsStrictlyComparable to fieldInfo: interface-typed fields satisfy
    the comparable constraint (option.FromZero) but must not use
    lens.MakeLensStrict, which can panic at runtime when the dynamic value
    is non-comparable. The strict reference lens is only emitted for
    fields that are strictly comparable.
