feat(postgrest): one request core for typed and untyped requests (#1454)

* refactor(postgrest): rename Legacy/ to Untyped/

Refs SDK-2164

* docs(postgrest): describe Untyped/ as the supported untyped fallback

Refs SDK-2164

* refactor(postgrest): build untyped requests on PostgrestRequest (#1451)

* refactor(postgrest): give PostgrestRequest the per-request state the builders keep

Adds retry and timeout overrides, null stripping, maybeSingle's PGRST116 rule and a
single entry point that seeds client headers, and passes the decoder in as a value. Typed
requests now merge into a client-level Prefer header, as the untyped builders already do.

* refactor(postgrest): build untyped requests on PostgrestRequest

The builders hold a PostgrestRequest and send through PostgrestRequest.execute(on:decode:).
Their own request assembly is gone: headers, schema profiles, null stripping, retry, timeout and
error mapping now happen in one place for both APIs. Per-call encoder and decoder overrides are
unchanged.

* refactor(postgrest): close the gaps the shared-core review found

- rpc GET/HEAD arguments live in PostgrestRequest.leadingQuery, so a later select/limit/
offset/order of the same name is added after them instead of replacing them, as before.
- A PGRST116 "no rows" response decoded by maybeSingle() reports a decode failure as
  PostgrestError(.decoding), like a 2xx body.
- httpRequest(for:) no longer layers the client headers under the request's: makeRequest
seeded them, so a header the request removed stays removed.
- PostgrestRequest's docs name the untyped builders as senders; drop an unused
  FoundationNetworking import.
