fix: throw a typed TemplateCompilationError instead of a raw array on TypeScript compilation failure (#198)

* test: fix lint error in compilation failure test

Replace the `err: any` catch binding, which fails the
@typescript-eslint/no-explicit-any lint rule and so breaks `npm test`
and CI, with a typed `Error & { errors: CompilerError[] }`.

Also capture the thrown value outside the try block, so that if
compile() stopped throwing the test would fail on the instanceof
assertion rather than relying on a sentinel error thrown inside the
same try.

* feat: throw a typed TemplateCompilationError with structured errors

Replace the ad-hoc `Error` with an `errors` property attached via an
`any` cast with an exported TemplateCompilationError class. Its message
is the human-readable summary, and its typed `errors` property carries
the full CompilerError objects (nodeId, source code and every TwoSlash
diagnostic, including code, category, start, length, line and
character) so callers can work with them directly instead of parsing
the message.

TemplateCompilationError and the CompilerError type are now exported
from the package entry point.

The interpreter's bad-template tests snapshot the structured errors as
well as the message, restoring the full diagnostic detail that the
snapshots recorded before compilation failures were wrapped in an Error.
