fix(docs): validate Astro types and example assets (#42983)

Docs type errors could accumulate unnoticed because the main lint task did
not run Astro's checker. Add it to the lint suite and correct the existing
component, route, and third-party integration types.

Example pages without a trailing slash resolved local CSS and JavaScript
against the examples root. Resolve relative assets from the canonical
example directory so both URL forms load the same files.
