feat:  Typed signatures + static checker + docs-gen plugins + STD/NET builtins (#185)

### Added

- `TypeTag` value shapes (`oxdock-parser::tag`): function signatures now carry real types instead of strings. `TypeTag::Custom` names handle types, `TypeTag::ListOf` shapes lists, and `TypeTag::Record` pins required fields, rejecting missing and extra keys with path-aware errors. `FuncParam` and `FuncMeta.returns` use them, and run-start validation enforces the same rule for every run.
- New `STD` builtins: `HAS_KEY($map, $key)` reports key presence without tripping the strict missing-key error, `MAP_SET($map, $key, $value)` inserts failing on duplicates, `TO_JSON($value)` encodes template-safe shapes with one trailing newline, and `TYPE_OF($value)` names the word a value holds (`STRING`, `LIST`, `MAP`, ...) so scripts can branch on config shapes.
- Placeholder function calls inside `{{ }}`: any template or fragment can invoke a pure value-returning function as `{{ MODULE::FUNC($var, ...) }}`, with `$var.path` refs or string/int/bool literals as args. Arity and types check against the registered signature, output is terminal text (never re-expanded), and unknown modules or functions fail listing the known names.
- New `oxdock-markdown-plugin` crate (#170): `MARKDOWN::MAP_TO_MD_TABLE($map)` renders a MAP as a Markdown table (one row per entry, union columns for lists of MAPs, padded pipes, strict errors), usable both as a DSL statement and as a `{{ MARKDOWN::MAP_TO_MD_TABLE($var) }}` placeholder. Its pure `markdown` module is the single source for table rendering and cell escaping, shared with the docs-gen reference renderers.
- docs-gen engine overhaul: the pipeline script stays DSL-first while domain content splits into in-crate plugins registered only by `run()`: `DOCS_GEN_ENGINE` builtins (`FILE_STEM`, generic `EXPAND_TEMPLATE(raw, vars, env)`), `OXDOCK` registry introspection with config-driven `GENERATED(key)` dispatch, and `RUST` Cargo workspace con...
