* Fix error when Alyx error string not JSON object

* RegistrationClient now allows registration of datasets outside of an ALF session path
When content_type and object_id are passed to register_files, the datasets are not expected to be associated with an ALF session. This allows registration of data assocaited with subjects, tags, and projects on Alyx. The datasets must be in a folder named after the content type, e.g. tag-level datasets must be in a 'tag' or 'Tags' directory.
