* Generate an RSS feed file with the aggregated articles (#104)

Writing the feed is opt-in, by pointing PLANET_RSS_FILE at a file in the
Pelican output directory. The feed metadata defaults to the SITENAME,
SITEURL and SITESUBTITLE settings and can be overridden with
PLANET_RSS_TITLE, PLANET_RSS_LINK, PLANET_RSS_DESCRIPTION and
PLANET_RSS_URL. PLANET_MAX_ARTICLES applies to the feed as well.

The feed is built with feedgenerator, the library Pelican itself uses to
write feeds. Each item carries the title, link, summary, author,
publication date, and the name of the source feed as a category. Images
attached to an article are added as enclosures, with a zero length as we
do not fetch them. Articles with no title or no link are skipped with a
warning instead of breaking the whole build.
