fix: reject substream sizes larger than their folder

The size of the last stream in a folder is whatever remains after
subtracting the other declared sizes from the folder's unpack size.
If the declared sizes exceeded the folder size, the subtraction
underflowed, giving the last file a huge size that FileInfo().Size()
reported as negative. The running total could also overflow and wrap
round to a small value, yielding plausible but wrong sizes.

As 7-Zip does, return an error if the total overflows or exceeds the
folder size. Move the per-folder size reading into
readSubStreamSizes, which keeps readSubStreamsInfo within the nesting
limit.
