This reverts commit f1d16f537.

* fix(mongodb-runner): pin mongodb driver to ~7.5.0 and test 8.0/9.0 docker

The mongodb Node.js driver dropped MongoDB 4.2 support in 7.6.0, so the
^7.5.0 range resolved to 7.7.x and the 4.2 docker tests failed with
MongoServerSelectionError. Pin to ~7.5.0 to keep 4.2 coverage.

Parametrize the docker "on Linux" tests over 4.2.x, 8.0.x and 9.0.x
(replset, sharded and TLS standalone), with per-version distro and TLS
arguments.
